Can I order a sample of a specific stationary product or wedding favour?
Samples are available for a variety of our products. To order a sample just select ‘Quantity 1’ of the product you would like a sample of and type ‘Sample Order’ on the text box that appears under the product description next to the picture. Samples are unpersonalised and contain random wording and information different to the one on the listing picture as they are only for you to see the quality of the paper and the print.

Design and personalisation of my order
Can I change the colour of the design I choose? All our designs are available in many different colours and colour combinations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can you match the colours of your design to my wedding theme? Yes, we are more than happy to match print colours, card etc to a colour swatch you have, be it a fabric swatch, paint chart, cutting etc.
Can I have a different language on my wedding invitations? We are more than happy to print your invitations in a foreign language. Text for invitation must be supplied electronically and customer must be particularly careful when checking proofs. Please note that not all fonts work with all languages. There will be a one-off charge of £10 for this service.
Do your invitations come with envelopes? All our invitations come with envelopes for posting included in the price. If you wish to change the colour of the envelopes provided there will be a one-off charge of £10 for this service.
I would like to add other stationary with my main invite. How do I do this? You can visit our Shop>Matching Stationary to combine other stationary products with your main invite like info cards, menu cards, honeymoon wish poems, timelines, etc. We can also make our selection of wedding favours match your invitation or colour theme. We also have matching place cards, table plans and table numbers to match every design.

What payments do you accept?
How do I redeem a promotion code?
You can view your selected items at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top of each page. When you view your cart, you can change product amounts or remove products before the checkout. If you have a Promotion Code that you want to use, please type it on ‘Coupon Code’ box and then press ‘Apply Coupon’. The discount will be applied immediately on the Cart Totals.

Shipping & delivery:
How long before I receive my order? You should expect to receive your order approximately 7-10 working days from the payment date. If you are in a bit of a rush and require your items to be delivered quicker, just send us an email so that we can discuss our express options.
How will my order be delivered? We use a courier to deliver most of our products. We are more than happy to send orders to work addresses (please mark on order form). We will always get in touch prior to delivering an order to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Deliveries are available on Saturdays and Sundays if required. (Please get in touch if you require this service as there will be a surcharge for Saturday and Sunday deliveries of certain products).
How much is delivery? Delivery is £5.95 for Mainland UK. If you are located outside Mainland UK, please get in touch for an accurate quote.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes, all our products are available for delivery outside the United Kingdom at 14.50 pounds.

Returns & Cancellations
At Sugar Crush Weddings we follow a straightforward customer service policy. We want you to be thrilled with your stationery because we are real people, always willing to help. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us. In the event of an error on our end, we’ll fix it asap, no questions asked.
While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we do have some specific cancellation and return policies for certain cases. Those instances can be found below:
Customer Approved errors. We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.
Should you find an error on your stationery, please contact us. We offer a discounted reprint and complimentary rush service for customer approved errors.
If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge.
Printed Colours VS Screen Colour. We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colours you see on your screen. This is because all monitors and screens display colour differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print.
If you are concerned about colour, we highly recommend ordering a sample.
If for some reason you do not like the colours you chose, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.
Cancelling after approval to print. Should you need to cancel or make a change after print approval, please contact us asap. Depending on whether your order has gone into production, we may be able to cancel it and process your refund less the design costs.
Returning personalised stationary or favours. Custom printed stationery or favours are not returnable. This is because custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold.
